Mark Whiteside
Vice President, Professional Services
Mark Whiteside is our Vice President, Professional Services, which includes design, development, project management and education. Most recently, he was a Wireless Services Executive with IBM. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2007, Mr. Whiteside was the Chief Operating Officer at Vallent Inc., a performance management software provider, which was purchased by IBM. Mr. Whiteside has held a number of executive roles in global technology companies including EMEA Vice President Wireless Services for Marconi PLC, Global Vice President of Services for MSI, General Manager of International Business at Holocentric and Director of Customer Services in Asia Pacific for Sequent Computers. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in computer science from the University of California, San Diego.
