The Bsquare support program covers support for all products purchased from Bsquare, including our vendor partner products. Customers access to support resources is offered via phone, email and Web conferencing. Additionally, 24-hour access to an extensive knowledge base allows customers to find answers to common product questions.
Bsquare also provides support for our ecosystem partner products through vendor support services, which are available to assist in support incidents.
