Support packages include direct access via phone, email or web to our support engineers for questions relating to virtually all aspects of Windows® CE, Windows Mobile® and Windows® XP Embedded development. As a bonus, customers purchasing support packages will have unlimited access to BSQUARE’s knowledge base! Fast and easy to use, simply search by product, category, keywords or phrases. If your issue is not covered, simply post your question or you can call or email and the support team will have a response by the next business day, usually within 24 hours.
Some of our Support Packages include access to Microsoft Premier Support Services (PSS). If an inquiry requires Microsoft troubleshooting or information, BSQUARE will use our own PSS contract to get these answers directly from Microsoft.
