Cancellation Policy – Students may cancel classroom registration without penalty by providing BSQUARE with a written notice of cancellation by emailing training@bsquare.com at least 10 business days prior to the first day of class.  If a cancellation is made fewer than 10 business days prior to the first day of class, the student is responsible for the full amount of class. Any associated course materials will be sent to the student. Student substitutions may be made at any time prior to the start of class. In the case that BSQUARE is forced to cancel a course for any reason, we will notify all currently registered students in writing at least 10 business days prior to the first day of class.

 

Retake Policy – Any student who has paid in full for a class will be eligible to attend the same class at no additional charge on a space available basis.  Students who retake a class must bring all associated course materials with them at the start of class.   Under this policy, students must attend the class within 12 months of the first day of the class the student originally attended or was scheduled to attend.
