Bsquare Anti-Racism and Inclusion Statement

Bsquare is reckoning with the ways in which our company and the technology industry at large have contributed to systemic racism in both the US and the UK. To that end, we are taking the following actions: 

  • Increasing our commitment to inclusive hiring practices by examining the language we use in postings and actively questioning and correcting our own hiring biases. 
  • Asking our business partners and customers about the steps they’re taking to avoid perpetuating racism and misinformation.  
  • Adding a clause to our contracts that would allow us to terminate a project in the event we find it advances racism or is inconsistent with our statement regarding inclusion.
