What does Kontron do?

How does the acquisition impact Bsquare services/products?

There is currently no impact to Bsquare services and products.

Our goal is to maintain and enhance the quality of the products and services you rely on. The integration with Kontron will provide access to additional resources and expertise, potentially leading to improved offerings and solutions in the future.

What name will Bsquare adopt?

Bsquare, now a wholly owned subsidiary of Kontron, is undergoing a transition to align its brand with Kontron.

Throughout 2024, we’ll be actively working to phase out the Bsquare name but for today, and the next several months, we remain “Bsquare, a brand of Kontron”.

Our commitment is to keep our valued customers informed and guided throughout this transition period.

Are my key contacts at Bsquare changing?

Your primary contacts at Bsquare will remain unchanged. You can continue to engage with the same key account personnel for your requirements.

Will there be changes to pricing or contracts?

At this time, there are no immediate changes planned to pricing or existing contracts. Any alterations, if necessary, will be communicated well in advance, ensuring a smooth transition without impacting your current agreements.

Are there any changes to the ordering and/or invoicing processes?

At present, there are no immediate alterations to the ordering or invoicing processes. Should any changes occur, we will promptly notify you.

Do we still remit payments to the same bank account?

Currently, payments should continue to be remitted to the existing bank account. Any modifications in this regard will be communicated to you promptly.

Will there be changes to support/customer service?

Our commitment to exceptional customer service remains unchanged. You will continue to receive the same level of support and assistance. Any modifications in support processes will be communicated in advance, and we’ll ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

What about data handling and privacy policies?

We take data privacy and security seriously. Our policies remain intact, and any changes will align with industry standards and regulations. Your data will continue to be handled in compliance with relevant laws.

What are the long-term goals and benefits for customers?
